I created the framework "From Stress to Flow” as I personally know firsthand what it feels like to live in a constant state of pressure, pushing through stress while trying to keep performing at a high level. Like many driven women, I spent years “soldiering on,” meeting responsibilities and expectations while ignoring the toll that chronic stress was taking on my mind and body. Through my own journey of learning how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, I discovered that real change doesn’t come from coping harder — it comes from rewiring the patterns that keep us stuck in stress.
From Stress to Flow was born from that experience. It’s the method I wish I had earlier — a simple, structured pathway to help high-achieving women step out of overwhelm, regain clarity, and return to a calm, focused state where you can think clearly, perform well, and feel like yourself again.
